PAST FUTURE CONTINUOUS TENSE

PAST FUTURE CONTINUOUS TENSE ialah bentuk waktu yang digunakan untuk menyatakan perbuatan atau peristiwa yang akan (sedang) dilaksanakan dimasa lampau.

Pattern:

(+) S+ SHOULD/ WOULD+ BE+ V1-ING

(-) S+ SHOULD/ WOULD+ NOT+ BE+ V1-ING

(?)  SHOULD/ WOULD+ S+ BE+ V1-ING?

Examples:

(+)  she would be reading the novel at seven last sunday

(-) she would not be reading the novel at seven last sunday

(?) would she be reading the novel at seven last Sunday?

(+) I should be beginning an examination at this time following day

(-) I should not be beginning an examination at this time following day

(?) should I be beginning an examination at this time following day?

Time Signal;

At this time the following day(saat ini hari berikutnya)

At seven yesterday(jam tujuh kemarin)

On Sunday last week(pada hari minggu kemarin)
